Our Food Science Team is Growing!

In March, we had the pleasure of welcoming Semhar Ghirmai to the Melt&Marble Food Science Team. With a PhD in Food & Nutrition Science from Chalmers University, Semhar brings a wide array of technical skills and expertise, from lipid research and analytics to food product development.


Together with the rest of the team, Semhar will advance the testing and formulation of our precision-fermented fats in applications to bring tastier, more sustainable fats to your table!
