Melt&Marble welcomes Lead Food Scientist- Julia Rebeka Partos!

Melt&Marble continues to grow, and as we enter 2023, we are excited to introduce our new Lead Food Scientist – Julia Rebeka Partos! Becca specialises in plant-based applications and brings a combination of food science & culinary experience to Melt&Marble.

Becca will work on application development of our fat in meat and dairy analogues. “I am excited to be pioneering the future of meat and dairy analogues and exploring new possibilities with these novel fats”, she says. Tasty things to come!
